All coaching services and online telecourses are delivered via the phone or the internet. 

All physical products are shipped via Canada Post regular mail.  Please allow three weeks for delivery to addresses in North America and four weeks outside North America.

All products are paid for in Canadian funds.  Your credit card company will process the currency exchange when you receive your bill.  Get an estimate of the exchange rate for your currency at www.xe.com./ucc/.

Any customs charges due upon delivery are the responsibility of the purchaser.
